When you join
BECK Fitness you will not only get the best personal training available, in a completely private gym that you’ll have all to yourself, but you will also receive:

• a fitness examination - which includes
1) A physical exam with basic strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance tests 2) An advanced body measurement check (Fat %, BMI, etc.) And 3) Questionnaires about your medical history, exercise and health history, and fitness goals
• a custom home workout plan and schedule for the days you don’t come into the gym
• a diet plan created from scratch just for you
• and advanced progress tracking - to see all of your improvements as time goes on, and to keep you moving forward!

We have a great team working here at BECK, and we really do pride ourselves on our staff and trainers - all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, motivating, helpful, and caring.

Second Option - One trainer for every 1 to 5 client(s) - and you can come in at ANY TIME during the Small Group Personal Training! (As low as $35 per session!)
•Third Option - Small Exercise Classes with personal customization! We offer many different classes - including Aerobic Foot-Work, Basic Stretching, Advanced Cardio, Yoga, Strength Boosting, and many others. Classes will cap at the comfortable amount of 15 people, so you will never feel awkward, and you will always have plenty of room. (Classes are only $10!)

Option 1 Training - Openings available anytime within 1:00-4:00PM
Option 2 Training - Open Gym from 10:00AM-1:00PM (Come in any time, during this time)

Fri:
Option 1 Training - Openings available anytime within 1:00-4:00PM
Option 2 Training - Open Gym from 9:00AM-1:00PM (Come in any time, during this time)
Option 3 Training - Aerobics 5:45-6:30PM; Yoga 6:45-7:30PM

Sat: Openings from 1PM-8PM
Option 1 Training - Openings available from 1:00-4:00PM
Option 3 Training - Strengh Boosting and Toning 5:45-6:30PM; Basic Stretching 6:45-7:15PM
